Every negative remark and insulting word said,
Seems to rattle my soul and bring me closer to the edge,
Am I just sensitive? Or maybe stuck in my head,
That it hurts when I’m offended and causes me to dread,
Being alive to the point of just lying in my bed,
Escaping all my fears, sometimes wanting to be dead,
It can be cruel in this world but what did I expect?,
All I can do is pray now and push on with daily bread,
It’s the mana from heaven that gets me by each day,
Jesus came to save me and the time was perfect not delayed,
To fix a broken world was a cost well payed,
When Christ the Annointed savior broke every chain,
That’s the hope that I hold onto when I deal with this suffering,
Attacks from all angles can leave a man stumbling,
Persecution in many forms is a spiritual pummeling,
Who will be my strength when I continue to keep fumbling?,
God the Rock and strong tower allows me mercy and forgiveness,
To carry onto others that need the same deliverance,
No more bitterness and grudges rooted in my heart,
When someone acts offensive I must pray from the start,
It may be hard and I know the world gets dark,
I also realize healthier responses are needed on my part,
So I lift up this word through a soul that is sensitive,
To be sensitive to the Holy Spirit and not the Worlds predicaments.
