I am just sitting here on a rainy Thursday night in Dorchester MA. & as I sit here it comes to my mind something “a friend” said to me the day my dad died.
She was acting weird not much like “a friend” would when another “friend” looses a parent, especially if they knew how close you were to that parent.
I decided to ask her a question…I asked, are you happy my dad died??? Her reply was “now you have to live the life the rest of us live”. This was devastating to me @ the time!!!
This was January 2004…today almost 15 years later I finally realized that she spoke death over my life & today I say to that statement, ONLY IF THEY ARE IN THE 1%!!!
Today I speak life back into my life & I rebuke & send that lie back to where it came from & today I choose to forgive that person.
NOW I AM TRULY FREE!!!
